Tinipak River
Tinipak river
Dramatic marble rock formations, an in-cave natural swimming pool and its proximity to Metro Manila, make this gem a perfect getaway for the weekend. Tinipak is located in between boundaries of Barangay Daraitan in Rizal and General Nakar in Quezon Province. The river is popular to mountaineers since this is the main attraction after summiting Mt. Daraitan and it was also awarded as the cleanest inland body of water in Region IV.

Up North in the Philippine archipelago, 324 miles away from megalopolis and more or less 18 hours of travel by land and sea, the adventure to Calayan Island is no place for the faint-hearted or a typical sightseer. Rather, it’s a Utopian feel for dauntless travelers willing to take cuts and scrapes as souvenirs in exchange of experiencing the rustic simplicity and untouched beauty of nature.
VISAYAS
Corcuera Island
SIMARA ISLAND, ROMBLON...... it takes 5hrs travel from Pinamalayan Or.Mindoro riding a "BANKA". On my first step in SIMARA ISLAND I was amaze because of its white beach, and wonderful scenery. The only transportation in that island is "SINGLE MOTOR". the only passage to the island just for the motor simply because it has only small roads on the island.
It is very beautiful than BORACAY because of its clear sea and very pure white sands.
Many Tourist spots there in SIMARA ISLAND.

Isla De Gigantes
Islas de Gigantes (a.k.a as Gigantes Island, Isla Gigantes) is blessed with spectacular sceneries, clear waters, and white sand beaches. The rich vast blue seascape brimming with rich marine life; interesting caverns and caves; Palawan like rock formations and the long stretch of white sand beach are just some of the reasons for people to visit the place.
The Ruins
When sugar baron Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson had his mansion built for his Portuguese first wife, Maria Braga, I bet he didn’t foresee that it would be intentionally burned down later on. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have made it so intricately beautiful. Not that I’m complaining.
“The Ruins” is just beyond beautiful. While browsing photos of tourist spots in Metro Bacolod online, this was one of the first things to catch our attention. There was something fascinating about this naked concrete structure bathing in the dwindling sunlight. While planning for this trip, we swore we would try to visit it at dusk. And we made it.

Siquijor
The Spanish called it "Isla del Fuego" (Island of Fire) for the glow caused by numerous fireflies at night. In more recent times Siquijor has become popular among locals for folk healing. More notoriously, stories about witchcraft and sorcery have added to its mystique. Some well-meaning people warned us about travel to the island but that only added to our curiosity about the place. The fact that Siquijor remains off the beaten path for the majority of local travelers further stoked our determination to visit.
Biri Rock Formation
BIRI ROCK FORMATION. Awe-inspiring, marvelous, magnificent…just a few adjectives one can describe the Biri Rock Formation.
For me, Biri Island is the most interesting town in Northern Samar It is known for its splendid rock formations carved thru time due to ferocious waves of the San Bernardino Strait that lap up the eastern portion of its shore.

Quezon Beach
Patikul Sulu
Quezon Beach’s seabed is pure sand. This is the kind of beach where you don’t have to wear slippers or reef shoes; you can go barefoot without fear of stepping on corals, sea grass or sharp rocks.
Balut Island
Those who make it this far, however, will be handsomely rewarded once they reach the town center of Mabila, sitting on the edge of the 862-meter tall island volcano of Balut, populated by indigenous B’laan and Sangil people, the latter having emigrated from the Sangihe Archipelago of North Sulawesi, Indonesia since the 18th century. Due to its proximity to our southern neighbor, a small community of Indonesians also lives on the island.
Dako Island
One of the three islands we visited during our Island hopping in Gen. Luna Siargao was the Dako or Daku Island. The name of the island was derived from the Visayan name for “Big”. The island was named so because it is the biggest among the three island destinations (Naked, Dako and Guyam) for the island hopping.
Tinago Falls
Tinago Falls is located in the municipality of Linamon, Lanao Del Norte near Iligan City. This waterfall is surprisingly still at its natural state. Except for that manmade staircase going down the falls, its surrounding environment is completely devoid of any sign of commercialization. There are cottages built to accommodate guest but none of those prove to threaten the pureness of this wonderful work of nature.
